i hope everyone's having a great weekend.
just wanted to share a great little yummy, healthy snack with y'all.
i personally hate kale but made like this, it's a delish lil snack!!
-wash kale and tear into tiny pieces
-line in parchment paper
-spray with olive oil
-sprinkle with sea salt and cayenne
-bake on 400 degrees for 10 min. toss around , then bake for another 10
*to me, the more burned the better:)
