i pray that you all have a blessed weekend!

i am happy to announce my new co-host for recipe swap, let's eat, y'all....
LEIGH from the hines-sight blog!
she will be with me on the last friday of the month helping me bring you some delish recipes!

if you read my blog you know that i try my hardest to cook/eat clean & healthy
minus the wine, mexican & thai foods

this recipe is not only gooooood to eat-
it's goooood for you-
and clean too!
(yes fried tastes better but baked is better for ya!)

click HERE a printable soup recipe
click HERE for a printable spring roll recipe

this recipe is super simple to put together.
it's so light that you don't feel bad when you eat 2 (4-5) bowls:)
and ofcourse, you can always add meat to the spring rolls/onions/whatever.
they were so cripsy and delish!
i did miss the dripping grease, i can't lie

thanks for stopping by!

  1. Thank you so much, Daphne. It is an absolute pleasure to be your co-host. You will have to teach me how to do printable links. :)
