Recipe Swap: Let's Eat Y'all!

holla!!! thank the LAWD it's friday!
i am about as happy as dog the bounty hunter is when he gets his "perm did"!!
i sure have missed recipe swap days!
here is a yum-o but not "the" healthiest, as i usually try to post.
it's good so that counts as somethin' y'all!

tex-mex chicken soup

ingredients:

can of rotel, can of corn, can of black beans (drained & rinsed), 2 boiled shredded chicken breasts, (or pick apart a rotossire chicken) 8 oz cream cheese, 1 packet dry ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder.

directions:
 put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours. 
granish with tortilla chips and eat up y'all!
