I'm Dreaming of a White Easter

Hello, lovelies! Hannah here filling in for our sweet friend Daphne while she is sitting at the beach with her toes in the sand. I don't know about you, but I'm hoping she has a fruity cocktail in her hand, too! For those of you checking in for (Semi) Wordless Wednesday, I'm not sure if we are going to get the linky up and running, but do not give up hope!

Daph and I both live in the South, and traditionally around here the ladies do not break out their whites until Easter. I'm talking crisp white dress and white shiny shoes come out after being tucked away all winter long. I have some flowy white pants that I cannot wait to wear next week. What do you think of these beauties that are just waiting to be worn? I simply adore the nude shoes with all of them.

........

Keeping up with the white Easter theme, I stumbled across this beautiful white table scape by A Beach Cottage. What else could be more fitting since our dear friend is enjoying the beach?

I really like the touch of the mason jars.

A few simple white flowers are perfect!

Everything about this beautiful setting seems so light and airy.

Do you decorate your table special for Easter?

........

Have a Hoppy Easter!
XOXO,
Hannah

love the music. love ballet. wish my daughter had decided to stick with dance. nothing more beautiful. but after seeing black swan… perhaps i'd rather have someone else's daughter starving herself and agonizing over getting the perfect role. ;)

  8. Beautiful white dresses and love the combo with the nude shoes! I grew up on Long Island and the tradition was always to wait until after Memorial Day to break out the white shoes. I feel like anything goes in FL, though! HAPPY EASTER!!!

  17. I wish nude shoes were on my radar when I had to wear white a few times a year in college for sorority rituals. The nude looks great with them! (I also wish I used sunless tanner before wearing white in November, but that's for another day.;))
